Our original Merry Hound. How could you not love Penny. She is our first lemon beagle and all that made us fall in love with the breed.
She is the first generation removed from AKC FC-CHB (Field Champion, Certified Hunting Beagles) She takes great pride in teaching correct pack behavior. Penny is very talented at keeping the peace, while being alpha to any dog. The perfect trainer, she will make puppies learn to play, even if she has to carry the toy around and drop it at their feet. If a baby tries to take her treat, she will steal theirs then give it back to them so that she can enjoy hers. She will play passive to teach them to be brave and then teach them when to give up again. She’s very animated and interactive. She’s our Penny
